1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, including online inquiries, scheduled services, or phone consultations, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Ontario Softwash offers residential and commercial exterior cleaning, including softwashing, pressure washing, and related property maintenance services. Quotes are based on initial assessment and subject to change if conditions differ upon arrival.

3. Quotes & Estimates

All quotes provided (in person, over the phone, or via online form) are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing is confirmed upon in-person inspection prior to service.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of $75.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include e-transfer, major credit cards, or cheque. Late payments are subject to a 2% monthly interest charge.

6. Property Owner Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Ensuring accessible water supply
• Securing pets and valuables
• Notifying staff of any pre-existing damage or fragile surfaces

Ontario Softwash is not liable for damage caused by:

• Faulty building materials
• Poor surface adhesion or aging exterior finishes
• Pre-existing structural issues

7. Liability Limitations

While we use industry-approved low-pressure and eco-friendly solutions, we are not liable for damage due to improper construction, surfaces already in disrepair, or unforeseen issues.

8. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied, please notify us within 48 hours and we will work to make it right. Our goal is to exceed expectations with every visit.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updated terms.
